[약관 동의] 제 1 조 (목적 등) 광야교회(이하 “교회)에서 제공하는 교회 전용 웹사이트 솔루션(이하 “솔루션”)을 통해 제공되는 우리사이트(이하 “관리자”) 서비스를 이용함에 있어, 관리자는 교회에 개인정보처리을 위탁하며, 이와 관련하여 교회, 관리자 와 회원의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (이용약관의 효력 및 변경)

(1) 이 약관은 해당 웹사이트에서 온라인으로 공시함으로써 효력을 발생하며, 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 관련법령에 위배되지 않는 범위 안에서 개정될 수 있습니다.

(2) 합리적인 사유가 발생될 경우에는 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 약관을 변경할 경우에는 지체 없이 이를 사전에 공시합니다.

(3) 이 약관에 동의하는 것은 정기적으로 웹을 방문하여 약관의 변경사항을 확인하는 것에 동의함을 의미합니다. 변경된 약관에 대한 정보를 알지 못해 발생하는 회원의 피해는 관리자 및 교회에서 책임지지 않습니다.

(4) 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원 탈퇴(해지)를 요청할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관의 효력 발생일로부터 7일 이후에도 거부의사를 표시하지 아니하고 서비스를 계속 사용할 경우 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제 3조 (약관 외 준칙) 이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 정부가 제정한 관계법령 및 관례에 따릅니다.

제 4 조 (용어의 정의) 본 약관에서 사용되는 주요한 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

(1) 회원 : 교회와 서비스 이용계약을 체결하고 이용자 아이디(ID)를 부여받은 자를 말합니다.

- 3 - (2) 이용자 아이디(이하 ID) : 회원의 식별과 회원의 서비스 이용을 위하여 회원이 선정하고 관리자가 승인하는 문자나 숫자 혹은 그 조합을 말합니다.

(3) 비밀번호 : 회원이 부여받은 ID와 일치된 회원임을 확인하고, 회원 자신의 비밀을 보호하기 위하여 회원이 정한 문자와 숫자의 조합을 말합니다.

(4) 해지 : 관리자 또는 회원이 서비스 사용 후 이용계약을 해약하는 것을 말합니다.

제 5 조 (이용 계약의 성립) (1) 서비스 가입 신청시 본 약관을 읽고 "이용약관 및 개인정보 취급방침에 동의" 체크 박스에 체크를 한 후 등록하기 버튼을 클릭하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

(2 )이용계약은 서비스 이용희망자의 이용약관 동의 후 이용 신청에 대하여 관리자가 승낙 또는 바로 성립합니다.

제 6 조 (서비스 이용 신청)

(1) 회원으로 가입하여 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 자는 교회가 요청하는 제반정보(이름,이메일,연락처 등)을 제공하여야 합니다.

(2) 모든 회원은 반드시 회원 본인의 이름과 이메일 주소를 제공하여야만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

(3) 회원가입은 관리자가 원할 경우 실명으로만 가입할 수 있으며, 교회는 실명확인조치를 할 수 있습니다.

(4) 타인의 명의를 도용하여 이용신청을 한 회원의 모든 ID는 삭제되며, 관계법령에 따라 처벌을 받을 수 있습니다.

제 7 조 (개인정보의 보호 및 사용) 관리자와 교회는 관련법령이 정하는 바에 따라 회원 등록정보를 포함한 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 노력합니다. 회원의 개인정보보호에 대해서는 관련법령 및 교회가 정하는 개인정보보호정책이 적용됩니다. 단, 해당사이트 이외의 웹에서 링크된 사이트에서는 교회의 개인정보처리방법이 적용되지 않습니다. 또한 관리자와 교회는 회원의 귀책사유로 인해 노출된 정보에 대해서 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 8 조 (이용신청의 승낙과 제한)

(1) 관리자는 상기 제6조. 서비스 이용신청 의 내용에 따른 이용신청에 대해 특별한 하자가 없는 한 접수 순서대로 이용 신청을 승낙합니다.

(2) 관리자는 아래 사항에 대해 이용신청을 승낙하지 않을 수 있고, 그 사유가 해소될 때까지 승낙을 유보할 수 있습니다.

- 4 - 가. 기술적인 문제가 발생한 경우

나. 장비에 여유가 없는 경우 다. 기타 사정상 이용승낙이 곤란한 경우

(3) 관리자는 아래사항에 대해 이용신청을 승낙하지 아니할 수 있습니다

- 본인의 실명으로 신청하지 않은 경우 (실명인증 사용의 경우)

- 기재 내용을 허위로 기재하여 신청한 경우

- 사회의 안녕과 질서 혹은 미풍양속을 저해할 목적으로 신청한 경우

- 부정한 용도로 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우

- 영리를 추구할 목적으로 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우

- 기타 규정한 이용신청요건 및 제반사항에 미치지 못할 경우

(4) 2 또는 3 의 각 호의 내용에 의하여 회원가입 신청의 승낙을 유보하거나

승낙하지 않은 경우, 관리자는 이를 회원가입 신청자에게 알립니다. 다만, 관리자의 귀책사유 없이 회원 신청자에게 통지할 수 없는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

제 9 조 (이용자ID 부여 및 변경 등)

(1) 회원ID는 원칙적으로 변경이 불가하며 부득이한 사유로 인하여 변경 하고자 하는 경우에는 해당 ID를 해지하고 재가입해야 합니다.

(2) 회원ID는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 회원 또는 관리자의 요청으로 변경할 수 있습니다.

- ID가 회원의 전화번호 또는 주민등록번호 등으로 등록되어 사생활침해가 우려되는 경우

- 타인에게 혐오감을 주거나 미풍양속에 어긋나는 경우

- 기타 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우

(3) 회원은 회원정보 수정을 통하여 자신의 개인정보를 관리할 수 있는 페이지를 열람할 수 있으며, 해당 페이지에서 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 수정할 수 있습니다. 단, 서비스 관리를 통하여 반드시 필요한 주민등록번호, 실명, ID등은 수정할 수 없습니다.

(4) 서비스 회원ID 및 비밀번호의 관리책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 이를 소홀이 관리하여 발생하는 서비스 이용상의 손해 또는 제3자에 의한 부정이용 등에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있으며 교회와 관리자는 그에 대한 책임을 일절 지지 않습니다.

(5) 기타 이용자 개인정보 관리 및 변경 등에 관한 사항은 서비스별 안내에 정하는 바에 의합니다.

제 10 조 (교회의 의무) (1) 교회는 회원으로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 객관적으로 인정될 경우에는 적절한 절차를 거쳐 즉시 처리하여야 합니다. 다만, 즉시 처리가 곤란한 경우는 해당 회원에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 통보하여야 합니다.

- 5 - (2) 교회는 회원의 개인정보보호와 관련하여 정한 개인정보보호 정책을 만들어 회원이 열람할 수 있도록 서비스 내에 공지하고 이를 준수합니다.

(3) 교회는 이용계약의 체결, 계약사항의 변경 및 해지 등 회원과의 계약 관련 절차 및 내용 등에 있어 회원에게 편의를 제공하도록 노력합니다.

제 11 조 (회원의 의무)

(1) 가입을 원하는 자는 회원가입 신청 또는 회원정보 변경 시 실명으로 모든 사항을 사실에 근거하여 작성하여야 하며, 허위 또는 타인의 정보를 등록할 경우 일체의 권리를 주장할 수 없습니다.

(2) 회원은 본 약관에서 규정하는 사항과 기타 교회와 관리자가 정한 제반 규정, 공지사항 등 교회와 관리자가 공지하는 사항 및 관계법령을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 교회와 관리자의 업무에 방해가 되는 행위, 교회와 관리자의 명예를 손상시키는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

(3) 회원은 주소, 연락처, 전자우편 주소 등 이용계약사항이 변경된 경우에 회원정보변경 등으로 해당 절차를 거쳐 이를 관리자에 즉시 알려야 합니다.

(4) 관리자와 교회가 관계법령 및 '개인정보처리보호'에 의거하여 그 책임을 지는 경우를 제외하고 회원에게 부여된 ID의 비밀번호 관리소홀, 부정사용에 의하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

(5)회원은 자신의 ID나 비밀번호가 부정하게 사용되었다는 사실을 발견한 경우에는 즉시 관리자나 교회에 신고하여야 하며, 교회의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다. 이를 따르지 않는 경우 이에 따른 모든 결과의 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

(6) 회원은 관리자나 교회의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스를 이용하여 영업활동을 할 수 없으며, 그 영업활동의 결과에 대해 교회와 관리자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 회원은 이와 같은 영업활동으로 관리자와 교회가 손해를 입은 경우, 회원은 관리자와 교회에 대해 손해배상의무를 지며, 관리자와 교회는 해당 회원에 대해 서비스 이용제한 및 적법한 절차를 거쳐 손해배상 등을 청구할 수 있습니다.

(7) 회원은 관리자의 명시적 동의가 없는 한 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용계약상의 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며 이를 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.

(7) 회원은 교회 및 제 3자의 지적 재산권을 침해해서는 안됩니다.

(8) 회원은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 안되며, 해당 행위를 하는 경우에 관리자와 교회는 회원의 서비스 이용제한 및 적법 조치를 포함한 제재를 가할 수 있습니다.

- 회원가입 신청 또는 회원정보 변경 시 허위내용을 등록하는 행위

- 다른 회원의 ID, 비밀번호 도용하는 행위

- 회원 ID를 타인과 거래하는 행위

- 교회의 운영진, 직원 또는 관계자를 사칭하는 행위

- 교회로부터 특별한 권리를 부여 받지 않고 교회의 클라이언트 프로그램을

- 6 - 변경하거나, 교회의 서버를 해킹하거나, 웹사이트 또는 게시된 정보의 일부분 또는 전체를 임의로 변경하는 행위

- 서비스에 위해를 가하거나 고의로 방해하는 행위

- 본 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 교회의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스 이용 외의

목적으로 복제하거나, 이를 출판 및 방송 등에 사용하거나, 제 3자에게 제공하는 행위

- 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 저속, 음란한 내용의 정보, 문장, 도형, 음향, 동영상을 전송, 게시, 전자우편 또는 기타의 방법으로 타인에게 유포하는 행위

- 모욕적이거나 개인 신상에 대한 내용이어서 타인의 명예나 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있는 내용을 전송, 게시, 전자우편 또는 기타의 방법으로 타인에게 유포하는 행위

- 다른 이용자를 희롱 또는 위협하거나, 특정 이용자에게 지속적으로 고통 또는 불편을 주는 행위

- 관리자와 교회의 승인을 받지 않고 다른 사용자의 개인정보를 수집 또는 저장하는 행위

- 범죄와 결부된다고 객관적으로 판단되는 행위

- 본 약관을 포함하여 기타 교회가 정한 제반 규정 또는 이용 조건을 위반하는 행위

- 기타 관계법령에 위배되는 행위

제 12 조 (서비스 이용관련)

(1) 교회는 이 서비스 이용 중 제공할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 다양한 정보에

대해서 전자우편, 유선매체, 서신우편 등의 방법으로 회원에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

(2) 본 정보의 제공은 관리자의 특별한 요청이 없는 한 하루 24 시간 제공을 원칙으로 하며 정기점검이나 설비의 보수, 전기통신 사업법에 의한 기간통신사업자로 인한 서비스 중단, 기타 천재지변등 불가항력적인 사유로 사전 고지 없이 정보제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.

(3) 특정 항목의 정보에 대해서는 별도의 신청을 통하여 회원에 대하여 유료로 제공할 수 있습니다.

제 13 조 (요금)

(1) 서비스 이용은 기본적으로 무료입니다.

(2) Sms(문자)은 이용을 원하는 회원에 한하여 선충전 후 사용합니다.

제 14 조 (게시물 관리) 교회와 관리자는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 게시물이나 자료를 사전통지 없이 삭제하거나 이동 또는 등록 거부를 할 수 있습니다.

- 다른 회원 또는 제 3자에게 심한 모욕을 주거나 명예를 손상시키는 내용인 경우

- 7 - - 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용을 유포하거나 링크시키는 경우

- 불법복제 또는 해킹을 조장하는 내용인 경우

- 영리를 목적으로 하는 광고일 경우

- 범죄와 결부된다고 객관적으로 인정되는 내용일 경우

- 다른 이용자 또는 제 3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용인 경우

- 규정한 게시물 원칙에 어긋나거나, 게시판 성격에 부합하지 않는 경우

- 기타 관계법령에 위배된다고 판단되는 경우

제 15 조 (게시물의 저작권)

(1) 회원이 서비스화면 내에 게시한 게시물의 저작권은 게시한 회원에게

귀속됩니다. 또한 관리자의 동의 없이 게시물을 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. 다만 비영리 목적인 경우는 그러하지 아니하며, 또한 서비스내의 게재권을 갖습니다.

(2) 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 취득한 정보를 임의 가공, 판매하는 행위 등 서비스에 게재된 자료를 상업적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

(3) 회원이 게시하거나 등록하는 서비스 내의 내용물, 게시 내용에 대해 제14조 각 호에 해당된다고 판단되는 경우 사전통지 없이 삭제하거나 이동 또는 등록 거부할 수 있습니다.

제 16 조 (정보의 제공)

(1) 교회는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 필요가 있다고 인정되는 각종 정보에 대해서 전자우편이나 서신우편 등의 방법으로 회원에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

(2) 교회는 서비스 개선 및 회원 대상의 서비스 소개 등의 목적으로 회원의 동의 하에 추가적인 개인 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다.

제 17 조 (메일의 이용)

(1) 교회는 회원의 메일 내용을 감시하지 않으며, 전자우편의 내용에 대한 책임은 각 회원에게 있습니다.

(2) 회원은 허가를 받지 않고서는 음란물이나 불온한 내용, 스팸메일 및 타인에게 피해를 주거나 미풍양속을 해치는 메일을 보내서는 안됩니다.

(3) 전기통신법 제 53조와 전기통신사업법 시행령 16조, 통신사업법 제53조 3항에 의거, 음란물이나 불온한 내용을 전송함으로서 발생하는 모든 법적인 책임은 회원에게 있으며 관리자나 교회는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(4) 본 서비스를 이용하여 타인에게 피해를 주거나 미풍양속을 해치는 행위를 한 회원의 ID와 메일은 (1)의 내용에 의하여 보호를 받을 수 없습니다.

제 18 조 (광고게재 및 광고주와의 거래) (1) 본 서비스의 회원은 서비스 이용시 노출되는 광고게재에 대해 동의하는 것으로

- 8 - 간주됩니다.

(2) 교회는 서비스 상에 게재되어 있거나 본 서비스를 통한 광고주의 판촉활동에 회원이 참여하거나 교신 또는 거래를 함으로써 발생하는 모든 손실과 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 19 조 (서비스 이용 제한)

(1) 교회는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

- 미풍양속을 저해하는 비속한 ID 및 별명 사용

- 타 이용자에게 심한 모욕을 주거나, 서비스 이용을 방해한 경우

- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우

- 정보통신 윤리위원회 등 관련 공공기관의 시정 요구가 있는 경우

- 웹공간에 자료만 올려 놓고 파일 자료실 전용으로 이용하는 경우

- 불법 홈페이지인 경우

1. 상용소프트웨어나 크랙파일을 올린 경우

2. 정보통신윤리위원회의 심의 세칙 제7조에 어긋나는 음란물을 게재한 경우

3. 반국가적 행위의 수행을 목적으로 하는 내용을 포함한 경우

4. 저작권이 있는 글을 무단 복제하거나 저작권이 적용된 파일 (mp3 등) 홈계정에 올린 경우

(2) 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의 일시정지, 초기화, 이용계약 해지 등을 불량이용자 처리규정에 따라 취할 수 있습니다.

제 20 조 (계약 해지 및 이용제한)

(1) 회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 경우에는 회원 본인이 온라인을 통하여 가입해지를 하여 바로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

(2) 관리자와 교회는 회원이 다음 각 혹의 내용에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우 사전통지 없이 이용계약을 해지하거나 또는 기간을 정하여 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.

- 회원 가입신청 또는 변경시 허위내용을 등록한 경우

- 타인의 서비스 이용을 방해하거나 개인정보를 도용, 공개했을 경우

- 관계법령에 의거, 음란 채팅이나 미풍양속을 해치는 행위를 했을 경우

- 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 행위를 한 경우

- 교회, 다른 회원 또는 제 3자의 인격권 또는 지적재산권을 침해하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위를 했을 경우

- 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해한 경우

- 관계 법령에 의거, 전송 또는 게시가 금지되는 정보를 전송 또는 게시했을 경우

- 9 - - 정보통신윤리위원회 등 외부기관의 시정요구가 있거나 불법선거운동과 관련하여 선거관리위원회의 유권해석을 받은 경우

- 범죄와 관련이 있다고 판단되는 행위를 한 경우

- 기타 관계법령에 위배되는 행위를 한 경우

- 본 약관을 포함하여 기타 교회가 정한 이용 조건에 위반한 경우

제 21 조 (손해 배상 및 기타사항) 교회와 관리자는 서비스에서 무료로 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 개인정보보호정책에서 정하는 내용에 해당하지 않는 사항에 대하여 어떠한 손해도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 22 조 (면책조항)

(1) 관리자와 교회는 천재지변, 전쟁 및 기타 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.

(2) 관리자와 교회는 기간통신 사업자가 전기통신 서비스를 중지하거나 정상적으로 제공하지 아니하여 손해가 발생한 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.

(3) 관리자와 교회는 서비스용 설비의 보수, 교체, 정기점검, 공사 등 부득이한 사유로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.

(4) 관리자와 교회는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애 또는 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(5) 관리자와 교회는 회원의 컴퓨터 오류에 의해 손해가 발생한 경우, 또는 회원이 신상정보 및 전자우편 주소를 부실하게 기재하여 손해가 발생한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(6) 관리자와 교회는 회원이 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나 상실한 것에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(8) 관리자와 교회는 회원이 서비스를 이용하면서 얻은 자료로 인한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 회원이 서비스를 이용하며 타 회원으로 인해 입게 되는 정신적 피해에 대하여 보상할 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(9) 관리자와 교회는 회원이 서비스에 게재한 각종 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등 내용에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

(10) 관리자와 교회는 이용자 상호간 및 이용자와 제 3자 상호 간에 서비스를

매개로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없으며, 이로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임도 없습니다.

(11) 관리자와 교회에서 회원에게 무료로 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련해서는 어떠한 손해도 책임을 지지 않습니다

제 23 조 (재판권 및 준거법)

- 10 - (1) 이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 전기통신사업법 등 관계법령과 상관습에 따릅니다.

(2) 교회의 유료 서비스 이용 회원의 경우 교회가 별도로 정한 약 관 및 정책에 따릅니다.

(3) 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 교회의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

<부칙> (시행일) 본 약관은 2026년 06월 01일부터 적용됩니다.

교회는 회원님들의 권익을 보호하고, 회원님들의 개인정보 보호에 만전을 기하고자, 관계법령의 규정을 반영하여 약관을 변경하였습니다.

[Agree to Terms] Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)

In using the church-exclusive website solution service (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”) provided by Gwangya Church (hereinafter referred to as the “Church”) through OurSite (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), the Administrator entrusts the Church with the handling of personal information. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Church, the Administrator, and the Members in relation thereto.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions) These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by being posted online on the relevant website and may be amended within the scope that does not violate applicable laws and regulations if reasonable grounds arise.

If reasonable grounds arise, these Terms and Conditions may be amended, and in such cases, the amendments shall be announced in advance without delay. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions means agreeing to periodically visit the website and check for any amendments to the Terms and Conditions. Neither the Administrator nor the Church shall be responsible for any damages suffered

- 14 - by members due to their failure to be aware of changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Members may request withdrawal (termination) of membership if they do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions. If a member continues to use the service without expressing refusal within 7 days from the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations enacted by the government and customary practices.

Article 4 (Definitions) The definitions of major terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

“Member” refers to a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Church and has been assigned a user ID.

“User ID” (hereinafter “ID”) refers to a combination of letters, numbers, or both selected by the member and approved by the Administrator for the identification of the member and use of the service.

“Password” refers to a combination of letters and numbers established by the member to verify that the member is the rightful user corresponding to the assigned ID and to protect the member’s confidentiality.

“Termination” refers to the cancellation of the service use agreement by either the Administrator or the Member after using the service.

Article 5 (Establishment of the Service Agreement) When applying for service membership, if the applicant reads these Terms and Conditions, checks the box stating “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy,” and clicks the registration button, the applicant shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The service agreement shall be established upon the Administrator’s approval of the application for service use after the applicant agrees to these Terms and Conditions, or immediately upon application.

Article 6 (Application for Service Use)

- 15 - Any person wishing to register as a member and use the service must provide all information requested by the Church (such as name, email address, contact information, etc.).

All members must provide their real name and email address in order to use the service.

Membership registration may, at the Administrator’s discretion, be limited to real-name registration only, and the Church may conduct real-name verification.

Any IDs of members who apply using another person’s identity shall be deleted, and such members may be subject to punishment under relevant laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information) The Administrator and the Church shall endeavor to protect members’ personal information, including registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The Church’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws shall govern the protection of members’ personal information. However, the Church’s methods of handling personal information shall not apply to websites linked from outside the relevant website. In addition, neither the Administrator nor the Church shall bear any responsibility for information disclosed due to reasons attributable to the member.

Article 8 (Approval and Restriction of Service Applications) The Administrator shall approve service applications submitted in accordance with Article 6 in the order received, unless there is a special defect.

The Administrator may refuse approval of service applications or reserve approval until the reasons are resolved in the following cases:

a. If technical issues arise

b. If there is insufficient equipment capacity

c. If approval is otherwise difficult due to circumstances

The Administrator may refuse approval of service applications in the following cases:

If the applicant did not apply using their real name (where real-name verification is required) If false information was provided in the application If the application was made for the purpose of disturbing social order or public morals

- 16 - If the applicant intends to use the service for unlawful purposes If the applicant intends to use the service for commercial profit If the application does not meet other specified requirements and conditions If approval of a membership application is withheld or denied pursuant to Paragraphs 2 or 3 above, the Administrator shall notify the applicant thereof. However, this shall not apply where notification is impossible due to reasons not attributable to the Administrator.

Article 9 (Assignment and Change of User ID, etc.)

In principle, member IDs cannot be changed. If a change is unavoidable, the member must terminate the existing ID and re-register.

Member IDs may be changed at the request of the member or the Administrator in the following cases:

If the ID contains the member’s phone number, resident registration number, or other personal information that may infringe privacy If the ID causes discomfort to others or violates public morals If there are other reasonable grounds Members may access and manage their personal information through the member information modification page and may modify their personal information at any time on that page. However, information essential for service management, such as resident registration number, real name, and ID, cannot be modified.

Members are responsible for managing their service ID and password. Members shall bear all responsibility for damages arising from negligent management or unauthorized use by third parties, and neither the Church nor the Administrator shall bear any responsibility therefor.

Other matters concerning the management and modification of members’ personal information shall be governed by the service-specific guidelines.

Article 10 (Obligations of the Church) If the Church objectively recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by members are justified, it shall process them immediately through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the Church shall notify the relevant member of the reason and the processing schedule.

The Church shall establish a Privacy Policy regarding the protection of members’ personal information, make it available for members to view within the service, and comply with it.

- 17 - The Church shall endeavor to provide convenience to members in procedures and matters related to contracts with members, such as the conclusion, amendment, and termination of service agreements.

Article 11 (Obligations of Members)

(1) Any person who wishes to join or change their member information shall fill out all details based on facts under their real name. If false information or information of another person is registered, the member cannot claim any rights whatsoever.

(2) Members shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, other regulations and notices set by the Church and the Administrator, as well as relevant laws and regulations. Members shall not engage in any activities that interfere with the operations of the Church and the Administrator, or damage the reputation of the Church and the Administrator.

(3) In the event of changes to the utilization contract details, such as address, contact information, and email address, the member shall immediately notify the Administrator through the member information modification procedure.

(4) Except where the Administrator and the Church are held liable under

relevant laws and regulations and the "Personal Information Protection Act," the member shall be fully responsible for all consequences arising from the negligent management or unauthorized use of the ID and password assigned to the member.

(5) If a member discovers that their ID or password has been used

unauthorizedly, they shall immediately report it to the Administrator or the Church and follow instructions provided by the Church, if any. Failure to do so shall render the member solely responsible for all resulting consequences.

(6) Members cannot engage in business activities using the service without the prior approval of the Administrator or the Church, and the Church and the Administrator shall not be held liable for the results of such business activities. Furthermore, if the Administrator and the Church suffer damages due to such business activities, the member shall be liable for damages to the Administrator and the Church, and the Administrator and the Church may restrict the use of services for the relevant member and claim damages through legal procedures.

(7) Unless explicitly consented to by the Administrator, members cannot

transfer, gift, or provide as collateral their right to use the service or any other status under the utilization contract to another person.

(8) Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the

(9) Members shall not engage in any of the following acts. In the event of such acts, the Administrator and the Church may impose sanctions, including restricting the member's use of the service and taking legal measures: Registering false information when applying for membership or changing member information.

Stealing another member's ID and password.

Trading a member ID with others.

Impersonating the Church's management, staff, or related personnel.

Modifying the Church's client program, hacking the Church's server, or arbitrarily changing any part or the entirety of the website or posted information without specific rights granted by the Church.

Harming or intentionally disrupting the service.

Reproducing information obtained through this service for purposes other than service use, using it for publication or broadcasting, or providing it to a third party without the prior consent of the Church.

Transmitting, posting, emailing, or otherwise disseminating to others information, sentences, figures, sounds, or videos containing low-brow or obscene content that violates public order and morals.

Transmitting, posting, emailing, or otherwise disseminating to others content that is insulting or personal, thereby violating the honor or privacy of others. Harassing or threatening other users, or continuously causing pain or inconvenience to a specific user.

Collecting or storing personal information of other users without the approval of the Administrator and the Church.

Acts objectively judged to be linked to crime.

Violating other regulations or conditions of use set by the Church, including these Terms and Conditions.

Other acts violating relevant laws and regulations.

Article 12 (Use of Service)

(1) The Church may provide members with various information deemed necessary during the use of this service by methods such as email, wired media, and postal mail.

(2) In principle, this information shall be provided 24 hours a day unless there is a special request from the Administrator. However, the information provision may be suspended without prior notice due to regular inspections, maintenance

- 19 - of facilities, service interruption by a common telecommunications carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act, or other force majeure reasons such as natural disasters.

(3) Information on specific items may be provided to members for a fee through a separate application.

Article 13 (Fees)

(1) The use of the service is basically free of charge.

(2) SMS (text messages) shall be used after pre-charging, limited to members who wish to use it.

Article 14 (Management of Postings) The Church and the Administrator may delete, move, or refuse to register postings or materials falling under any of the following items without prior notice:

Content that severely insults or damages the reputation of another member or a third party.

Disseminating or linking to content that violates public order and morals. Content that promotes illegal copying or hacking.

Advertisements for commercial purposes.

Content objectively recognized as being linked to a crime.

Content that infringes upon other rights, such as copyrights of other users or third parties.

Content that violates the prescribed posting principles or does not fit the nature of the bulletin board.

Content judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 15 (Copyright of Postings)

(1) The copyright of postings published by a member within the service screen shall belong to the member who posted them. In addition, postings cannot be used commercially without the consent of the Administrator. However, this does not apply to non-profit purposes, and the Church holds the right to publish them within the service.

(2) Members cannot use the materials posted on the service commercially, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained by using the service.

(3) If the contents or posted materials within the service posted or registered by a member are judged to fall under any of the items in Article 14, they may

- 20 - be deleted, moved, or refused for registration without prior notice.

Article 16 (Provision of Information) The Church may provide members with various information deemed necessary for the use of the services through methods such as electronic mail or postal mail.

The Church may request additional personal information from members, with their consent, for the purpose of improving services and introducing services to members.

Article 17 (Use of Email) The Church does not monitor the contents of members’ emails, and each member is responsible for the content of their own emails.

Members shall not send obscene, offensive, spam, or otherwise harmful emails that may cause damage to others or violate public morals without authorization. Pursuant to Article 53 of the Telecommunications Act, Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act, and Article 53 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Business Act, members shall bear all legal responsibility arising from the transmission of obscene or offensive materials, and neither the administrators nor the Church shall be held liable. The ID and email of any member who causes harm to others or violates public morals through the use of this service shall not be protected under Paragraph (1).

Article 18 (Advertisements and Transactions with Advertisers) Members of this service are deemed to have agreed to the display of advertisements exposed during the use of the service.

The Church shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of members participating in promotional activities, correspondence, or transactions with advertisers displayed on the service or through the service.

Article 19 (Restrictions on Service Use) The Church may restrict a member’s use of the service if the member violates Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions or falls under any of the following cases:

Use of vulgar IDs or nicknames that violate public morals

- 21 - Seriously insulting other users or interfering with their use of the service Otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the service Receiving corrective requests from relevant public institutions such as the Information and Communications Ethics Committee Using web space solely as a file storage site without meaningful content Operating an illegal website, including the following cases:

Uploading commercial software or cracked files Posting obscene materials that violate Article 7 of the Information and Communications Ethics Committee Review Regulations Including content intended to support anti-state activities Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted writings or uploading copyrighted files (such as MP3 files) to a home account In accordance with the above restrictions, the Church may suspend, initialize, or terminate a member’s service use without prior notice under the policy regarding improper users.

Article 20 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use) If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member may immediately withdraw by completing the cancellation process online.

The administrators and the Church may terminate the service agreement or suspend service use for a specified period without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following acts:

Registering false information when applying for or modifying membership Interfering with another person’s use of the service or misusing/disclosing another person’s personal information Engaging in obscene chats or acts violating public morals in violation of applicable laws Damaging another person’s reputation or causing disadvantages to others Infringing upon the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the Church, other members, or third parties, or interfering with their business Intentionally interfering with service operations Transmitting or posting information prohibited by applicable laws Receiving corrective requests from external organizations such as the Information and Communications Ethics Committee, or receiving authoritative interpretations from the Election Commission related to illegal election activities Engaging in acts deemed related to criminal activity Engaging in any acts that violate applicable laws and regulations

- 22 - Violating these Terms and Conditions or any other conditions established by the Church

Article 21 (Compensation for Damages and Miscellaneous Matters) The Church and administrators shall not be liable for any damages related to the use of free services provided through the service, except as otherwise stipulated in the Privacy Policy.

Article 22 (Disclaimer) The administrators and the Church shall be exempt from liability for failure to provide services due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events. The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for damages resulting from the suspension or improper provision of telecommunications services by telecommunications service providers.

The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service facilities.

The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for service interruptions or damages caused by reasons attributable to members.

The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for damages caused by members’ computer errors or by inaccurate personal information or email addresses provided by members.

The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for members’ failure to obtain expected profits or for losses incurred through the use of the service. The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for damages arising from materials obtained through the service. In addition, they shall not be responsible for compensating members for emotional distress caused by other members during service use.

The administrators and the Church shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any information, data, or facts posted by members on the service.

The administrators and the Church shall have no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the service, nor shall they be liable for any resulting damages.

The administrators and the Church shall not be liable for any damages related to the use of free services provided to members.

- 23 - Article 23 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices, including the Telecommunications Business Act.

For members using paid services provided by the Church, separate terms and policies established by the Church shall apply.

In the event of litigation arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Church’s headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provision (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on June 1, 2026. The Church has revised these Terms and Conditions to reflect applicable laws and regulations in order to protect members’ rights and ensure the protection of members’ personal information.
